Frequently Asked Question

What is the difference between QG40N-KAXYZh-4,0-AI-PT and QG40N-KAXYZ-4,0-AI-PT?
Last Updated about a month ago

The main difference is the 1-g compensation on the Z-axis.
  • QG40N-KAXYZh-4,0-AI-PT: The “h” indicates that 1-g compensation is applied to the Z-axis.
  • QG40N-KAXYZ-4,0-AI-PT: The Z-axis output is provided without 1-g compensation.

When the sensor is stationary, the Z-axis is affected by gravitational acceleration depending on its orientation. With the XYZh version, this 1-g gravitational component is compensated according to the functionality specified in the datasheet.
