In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Our privacy policy can be found here.

Notice:
Sometimes, DIS support email is directed to your spam folder because the customer's email system doesn't trust the sender. To improve the chances of a successful delivery, please contact your mail providers to find out specifically why your system marked it as spam.  You can also try to add support@dis-sensors.nl and support@dis-sensors.com, rma@dis-sensors.nl, rma@dis-sensors.com to your allow list.
